4. Client Responsibility
Clients receiving services agree to:

8. Services Cancellation Policy
A. Permanent Makeup & Paramedical Appointments
Appointment deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will forfeit deposits.
Rescheduling may be allowed once with appropriate notice.
B. Training & Workshops
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 30+ days prior may transfer to a future date within 12 months.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior are non-refundable.
Online courses are non-refundable.
If the Company cancels a service or training, a transfer or refund of paid fees will be offered. We are not responsible for travel expenses.
9. Assumption of Risk
By receiving cosmetic tattoo services or participating in hands-on training, you acknowledge that:
Tattoo procedures involve inherent risks, including infection, allergic reaction, pigment migration, scarring, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome.
You assume full responsibility for those risks.
You release the Company from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
