3. Medical & Procedural Disclaimer

Permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing are cosmetic tattoo procedures involving pigment implantation into the skin.

By booking a procedure, you acknowledge:

You are voluntarily electing to receive a cosmetic tattoo service.

You have disclosed all relevant medical history.

You understand that results vary based on skin type, health, lifestyle, medications, and aftercare compliance.

Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.

Paramedical tattooing (including areola restoration and scar revision) is not a medical treatment and does not replace medical care. It is a cosmetic restorative procedure intended to improve visual appearance only.

The Company does not provide medical advice. Clients should consult a licensed physician regarding medical conditions, healing concerns, or surgical considerations.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients receiving services agree to:

Provide accurate and complete medical history.

Follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions.

Disclose prior cosmetic procedures, laser treatments, surgeries, radiation, or medications.

Understand that healed results may differ from initial appearance.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may impact retention and final results.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to:

Receive permanent makeup or paramedical tattooing services.

Enroll in training programs.

Certain advanced courses may require proof of licensure or prior certification.

7. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise specified through an approved payment plan provider.

We reserve the right to:

Correct errors

Refuse service if necessary

8. Services Cancellation Policy

A. Permanent Makeup & Paramedical Appointments

Appointment deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will forfeit deposits.

Rescheduling may be allowed once with appropriate notice.

B. Training & Workshops

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 30+ days prior may transfer to a future date within 12 months.

Cancellations less than 30 days prior are non-refundable.

Online courses are non-refundable.

If the Company cancels a service or training, a transfer or refund of paid fees will be offered. We are not responsible for travel expenses.

9. Assumption of Risk

By receiving cosmetic tattoo services or participating in hands-on training, you acknowledge that:

Tattoo procedures involve inherent risks, including infection, allergic reaction, pigment migration, scarring, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome.

You assume full responsibility for those risks.

You release the Company from liability except in cases of gross negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including:

Educational materials

Videos

Training manuals

Images

Branding

Techniques and teaching frameworks

You may not reproduce, record, distribute, teach, or repurpose materials without written permission.

Business losses from training participation
