Contact us by calling 210-585-8410. We will obtain some brief information from you, and forward it to our insurance billing company.

Step 2

Our insurance billing company will send you a form to fill out. Please return as soon as possible to get the process started.

Step 3

Our insurance billing company will send a letter to your surgeon requesting the surgeon's signature on a "letter of medical necessity". Most surgeons are very cooperative in signing this form letter.

Step 4

Our insurance billing company will obtain pre-approval on payment of your procedures. Note: There are no guarantees that insurance will approve payment although we have very good success. If denied, we will appeal it for you.

Step 5

Once we obtain pre-approval, we will contact you to schedule your tattooing appointment(s)
